Step 1 - Port Forwarding
If you do not have a complete knowledge of how to
do Port Forwarding, we suggest that you purchase the
PFConfig Program by clicking the banner
below. It's just $29.95.

 | You will want to Download, Install and run
this program on the on-air system only.
That is the only place you can install our
Internet Voice Track Server. |
 | You will need the Manufacturer, Model Number
Username and Password for your router to make
this work. |
 | You need to Port Forward the TCP Port 21 on
the router to the Port 21 on the on-air system. |
 | Once you have that done, you are done with
this step. |
Step 2 - Port Forwarding
How to setup the Digital Juke Box for Internet
Voice Tracking.
OnAir System First.
 | On the On-Air System ONLY, go to the
Utilities Menu and select Master Settings. |
 | Click on the Misc Settings Tab. |
 | On the bottom right, you will see a box that
says Auto Launch with this program. |
 | Check the IVT Server box and then exit out
of master settings and exit all the way out of
the Digital Juke Box. |
 | Once you exit out of the program, you can
re-launch it and you will see the IVT Server
appear on the upper left of your screen. |
 | The IVT server will display an IP Address
along with the port number. It will look
like 123.45.67.89:21 - write that
down as you will need to give that to your Voice
Trackers so they can login. |
Now the Production System
 | Click on the Scheduling Menu and select
Scheduling Settings. |
 | At the bottom of the settings, you will see
"Do you want to archive Schedules for the
Internet Voice Tracker?" Check that box
and then save and exit. |
 | Now, go up the Pro Add-Ons Menu and select
Internet Voice Tracking. |
 | The very first time you do this, you will
want to do this at the end of the day so that
that it can work over night. It's going to
scope every audio cut in your audio cuts
database. The scoped files will be mono
mp3 files that consist of the intro file that's
the intro of the audio cut plus 5 seconds and
the outro file that is the ending of the audio
cut plus 5 seconds. |
 | You will need to Scope audio cuts once a
week to ensure that the files are current. |
 | On the Production system, you can now insert
command 9601 into your Scheduling Shells where
ever you want a person to record an Internet
Voice Track and it will show up on the Voice
Trackers screen after you create schedules. |
Step 3 - The Internet Voice Tracking
Software for your Voice Trackers
How to setup the Internet Voice Tracking software
on your Voice Trackers Computers. This is
assuming that the above steps 1 and 2 have already
been completed.
First get the software.

 | Run the IVT Software |
 | Click on the master settings button and you
will see the following screen: |

 | Here is where you will ask somebody at the
station for the IP address and Port Number and
enter them into the fields. |
 | If you cant connect, try checking the
Passive Mode box to see if this helps you
connect. |
 | After you press the Done button, exit all of
the way out of the IVT Software and re-launch
it. |
 | Now press the Login to Station button
 |
 | It will take a minute for it to download the
schedules and then you can select the date of
the schedule that you wish to do voice tracks
for.
 |
 | You can now record a voice track on any of
the positions that that say Internet Voice
Track. |
 | Any Internet voice track positions not
recorded will just sound like a segue. |
 | When finished, press the Done, Send Data
button and this will send all recorded voice
tracks to the station and mark them as recorded.
 |
