Powerup Screen

The Powerup screen is where you will end up when you first launch the Digital Juke Box.

1Check for Updates

Check for Updates The Digital Juke Box, like many software products, is updated regularly. When you are running the software, you will see a “Check for Updates” button. This requires a username and password to access our update server. An internet connection is required.

NOTE: You MUST always update the on-air system first before updating any production systems.

2Registered to

Registered to This will always display the persons name and company name and the registration code for this computer as it was entered on the trial status screen when you first had the software unlocked.

3Request Password Button

Request Password Button If you forget your username and password for access to the update server, just click this button and fill out the form. An internet connection is required.

4Send Data Files to Tech Support

Send Data Files to Tech Support Commonly refered to the Big Orange Button, this will allow you to send your data to us so we can help you troubleshoot issues that you may have with your data. This button will only appear on your On-Air System. You must have an internet connection for this to work.

5License Status Box

License Status Box This Shows the License Status of your software.

6Configured As

Configured As This will show what the workstation is configured as. You can change its settings in the Master Settings / Mode Tab.

7Version Number

Version Number The Version Number is basically the date that the version was released in Y.M.DDbb - Version 6.1.3000 would have come out on 1/30/2006 and would be build 00. If a new version came out twice on the same day, it would be version 6.1.3001 and so forth.

8Station Info

Station Info This displays what station you are on. It can be changed in the Utilities Menu / Power Up Screen Title
