The Digital Juke Box has been designed to require a minimum amount of technical support. If you have any questions about the product, you can often answer them yourself by turning to the User’s Guide. This comprehensive manual contains instructions for installation, system setup and all aspects of running The Digital Juke Box.

SUPPORT PHILOSOPHY

 

High-quality technical support costs money -for people, training, equipment, and other overhead. As with most of our customers, we can stay in business only by making a profit. That means that we must cover support costs in the pricing of our products.

 

Our experience shows that support needs vary widely among our customers. We have chosen the support options explained below with two objectives:

 

1. To offer support that you can obtain conveniently at a reasonable cost.

2. To have all The Digital Juke Box clients using the same version of the program. This makes it easy to update our clients and allows us to send out continuous updates to all stations at once.

We also know that our best advertising is word of mouth by satisfied customers. This is the best incentive in the world for us to provide outstanding support at a fair price.

 

SUPPORT PROCEDURE

 

DigitalJukeBox.com will provide support to registered users under the program described below. Our technical-support number is  (740) 314-5403.  It is staffed on working days from 10:00am to 5:00pm, Eastern Time.

 

Technical Support is FREE for the first 6 months of purchasing the Digital Juke Box.  After that, you will be billed $400.00 for the next year of service.  We call this our PRO service.  If you choose not to pay for yearly support, all PRO features will stop working.  We will send you a bill when it's due.
